Hi All! It is me, Cheryl, back as this week's hostess. I love that we live in such a high tech world. I love getting photos of children and grandchildren in an instant.....however.....I have to say there is still something REALLY SPECIAL about getting a little something the old fashioned way...in the MAIL! Don't you just LOVE opening up an envelope (when you know it isn't a bill) and seeing what it contains! I know it makes my heart beat just a bit faster. Sooo...we are celebrating old fashioned MAIL this week and your challenge is to use an ENVELOPE somewhere on your project. I truly can't wait to see what YOU ALL come up with this week.

Hi, my name is Lizzi Droege, I live in beautiful upstate New York, have three wonderful daughters and a 4 year old grandson, I went to college for art in the 80's and have always enjoyed living a creative life. This is my third time guest designing at City Crafter and I could not be happier, what a wonderful challenge blog they have created for us to play with each week!

My card style is definitely shabby vintage, I love anything with a shabby flair, my clothes and home are a big influence on my work, I love anything with shabby pink love, from chandeliers to carpet to denim jackets.... Week 91 ~ Back to Black

Get to know June....

I am a work-at-home mom to two beautiful 9yo fraternal twin girls both of whom are diagnosed with Autism. I have been married to my college sweetheart, Doug, for over 20 years. We also have a 21yo cat name Skeeziks, who is the sweetest furry girl. I am an avid card-maker with a paper addiction. If there were a show on paper crafting hoarders, I would probably be on it!

For my "With Sympathy" card, I stamped and embossed the daisies on Graphic 45 "butterfly kisses from the Once Upon a Springtime colletion. Both stamps are by Stampin'Up! I added hot rocks by Imaginisce under the sentiment and on top of the black velour daisy trim.

For my "Absolutely Fabulous" card. I stamped and embossed the shoe (My Sentiments Exactly! stamp) on black card stock. I fussy cut it out and popped it up with foam tape. I cut my nested circles using my Cricut "Accent Essentials" cartridge. My papers are "Modern Homemaker" by October Afternoon that I purchased from The Pixie Shop

Get to know Rebekah.....

Hi! My name is Rebekah, but everyone calls me Becks. I currently live in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada with my Mountie man and our two pets-Tahoe (a German Sheppard Husky pup) and Keiko (A Siamese kitty) I'm originally from Bermuda, so dealing with the cold of the North is a far cry from the warm sunny beaches and turquoise seas of my homeland.

I ventured into paper crafting about 3 years ago and have been hooked ever since. It all began by making cards for friends and family's birthdays and special occasions. I started my blog in April of 2009 and the rest is history. I've had such fun meeting bloggers from all over the world. I love entering challenge sites and stumbled across CCCB in May 2010. I was thrilled to be a spotlight artist in week 5 and have popped into the challenges ever since. I'm so excite to be this week's guest designer! I really started "Scrapbooking/Card making" in 1996 when my dear friend Lisa Bearnson introduced to her new magazine Creating Keepsakes.... after that I was HOOKED!... We want to see a box decorated inside and out, it can be a box card or a box you make from scratch or with a template, please note that it cannot be an altered box of any kind. Hi everyone, I'm Lynn Miller and I live near Indianapolis with my husband and son. I've been playing with paper since 2004. I started my blog, millers-ink, early 2009 and cannot tell you how many wonderful, talented people I've met, and I'm so thrilled to be here today: )

Hey there, my name is Wendi Robinson and I am sooo excited to be a GDT for the challenge this week. I live in the beach town of Cali, and am a total beach girl. I have been married to my hottie for 13 years next month, and have 2 busy kids that keep me on my toes. Austin is 10 and Sydney is 8. We are also expecting #3 in December, and are excited to have another baby be a part of our lives. I've been scrappin since back in the day, before it was really scrapbooking. But I've been pretty much an addict since about 7 years ago, when I finally had a crafty space to call my own. I love making layouts, cards, altering things, anything to be crafty. My addictions are Diet Cherry Pepsi, peanut butter M&Ms, Depeche Mode, my ipod, zumba and hanging out with my family....

Hi All! I'm so excited to be this week's hostess for City Crafter Challenge Blog! The theme this week is "A Boo-tiful Color Challenge". Your challenge is to PRIMARILY use the colors BLACK and CREAM on your project. I love Halloween and this color challenge is Halloween inspired, but your projects DO NOT have to be Halloween projects. Please REMEMBER that in order to be in the running for our prize, though, that we want to see projects that the MAJORITY of your project is using the colors BLACK and CREAM. You may use other colors, but the focus should be on BLACK and CREAM. We can't wait to see your BOO-TIFUL projects!

Hi everyone! My name is Stella Schenkel and I live with my husband in the northern part of the Netherlands (also called Holland) in Europe. I am a (very proud) mom of 2 sons of 24 and 20 years and working at the font office of an insurance company.

I started card making in the end of 2009 and am hooked ever since. I stated blogging in 2010 and CCCB has been the first challenges I joined. I play along most of the time since then (oh my is this English???). CCCB brought and is still bringing me so much fun since I joined them. A wonderful source of inspiration; an extremely talented DT who also are a group of wonderful women.

I'm Virginia Lu from Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. I'm blessed with two wonderful children ad a loving and supportive husband. In my little world, I help manage my hubby's medical office. When NOT working, I love creating cards, making layouts and cooking yummy food. I fell in love with stamping and card-making over 16 years ago. However, I only became active and passionate about my hobby in Fall 2008. I haven't stopped since! I love working with all kinds of stamps, pattern paper, inks, digital images, embellishments and stickers! I love paper-crafting as it is so fun and therapeutic. I find myself thinking/dreaming about stamps as I love to maximize the use of each stamp in most creative ways. Currently I design for SRM Stickers and CAS-ual Fridays Challenge Blog. Get to know Jill.......

Hi! My name is Jill Sarginson and I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with my husband of 15 years and our daughter, Abigail. I have been scrapbooking for about 4 years now and it's developed into a major passion! I love to record the moments of our everyday lives. I mostly create layouts (both single and double pages) however I also love to make cards and do the odd altered proect. My style is hard to define - however I do have some elements that I tend to gravitate towards on almost all of my projects: distressing stitching and inking. Oh, and I love using circles.

I am a person on the go! When I'm not scrapbooking, you can find me at the gym, playing soccer or maybe training for triathlons. I also enjoy spending time with my family, the cottage life and reading.
